The 23rd Harp Guitar Gathering™ (HGG 23) will take place November 7-9, 2025

Before you register, please read the info below, all of it, please!

Then, after you register, please email Joe Morgan (jmm55@verizon.net).

Tell Joe that you’ve registered, the names of whomever else you may have registered, and exactly what you’ve registered for. This way we can match that with the PayPal notice that we get about your transaction. If there are any questions, Joe will email you back so that those questions can be answered.

A COUPLE OF THINGS TO NOTE:

– The Gathering will be starting earlier this year. Instead of our usual 4 PM Friday afternoon registration check-in, that will now be at 10 AM Friday. Activities will start at 1:00 Friday afternoon this year.

– We will have a pre-Gathering get-together on Thursday evening (Nov. 6) at Renown Music  (106 W. “F” Avenue, North Little Rock, Arkansas). People planning to arrive on Thursday and attend the get-together should inform Joe Morgan (jmm55@verizon.net) of that so that we can plan the food accordingly. There will be a registration button below for attending this get-together.

– For those of you traveling from other countries, in recognition that your travel costs tend to be higher, the HGG board has decided to help reduce those costs a bit.  We want you to keep coming!  Register below as usual – but don’t select the Thursday and Sunday dinners – those will be taken care of by the HGG.

– The first ever Harp Guitar Championship will be held at this year’s Gathering. All information specific to that will be listed on a separate Harp Guitar Championship post here at harpguitargathering.com.

Includes admittance to all HGG22 scheduled presentations and events, from Friday afternoon through the Sunday afternoon concert. Friday’s dinner is included. (The Thursday night get-together and the Sunday dinner party are not included in the registration.)

Registration will be $ 235 after Nov. 1

EARLY REGISTRATION FOR AN ADDITIONAL PERSON  FOR HGG 23  $135

“Additional person” means a spouse, child, or significant other of an already-registered attendee. Includes admission to all activities and concert performances of the Gathering, as well as Friday’s dinner.  (The Thursday night get-together and Sunday dinner party are not included.)

Registration will be $150 after Nov. 1
